Privacy Policy

Last updated September 3, 2026

Bridge (bridge.tyelus.vip) is the operating platform of Tyelus Consulting (“Tyelus”, “we”). Our staff use it to run engagements; our clients and vendors use it, by invitation, to work with us on theirs. This policy explains what information Bridge holds, why, and the choices you have.

Bridge is a business tool for people we already work with. It is not offered to the general public and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Information we collect

Account information. Bridge signs you in with your Google account. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, and we store your name and email so we can identify you inside Bridge. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Business records. The content of the work: projects, tasks, notes and comments, meetings, estimates, invoices and payments, documents, quality records, and the profile and preference details you or your organization add. For staff, this also includes employment records held by HR.

Technical and security information. When you use Bridge we record the actions taken (who changed what, and when), the time and network address of sign-ins, and security-relevant events such as role changes. This is how we keep the platform accountable and safe.

Cookies. Bridge uses cookies only to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use information in Bridge to:

provide and operate the platform, including authenticating you and showing you the projects and records you are entitled to see; deliver the consulting, quality, and financial work each record represents, including preparing and sending invoices; notify you of activity that concerns you (assignments, comments, approvals); keep Bridge secure through access controls, audit trails, and security monitoring; and meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Bridge uses Google Sign-In solely to authenticate you. The only Google user data we access is your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture). We do not request or access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data through Bridge sign-in.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who can see what

Access in Bridge is role-based and enforced in the database itself, not just in the interface. Clients and vendors see only their own organization’s projects, documents, and the updates we choose to share with them. Tyelus staff see the records their role requires. Employment records are restricted to HR and the employee concerned.

Who we share it with

Bridge runs on infrastructure providers who process information on our behalf and under contract: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), and Google (sign-in). Financial records are synchronized to QuickBooks, our accounting system. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tyelus, our clients, or others.

Beyond that, information about your organization’s engagement is shared only with the people on that engagement, as governed by our agreement with your organization.

How long we keep it

Business records are kept for as long as the engagement they belong to is active and afterwards for as long as our contractual, accounting, and legal obligations require. Financial documents are never deleted; they are voided and retained. Audit and security logs are retained to preserve the integrity of the record. Account information is kept while your account is active and removed or de-identified after it is closed, except where a record must be retained as above.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled per record by database-level security policies, every change is audit-logged, and privileged actions are monitored. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify affected organizations promptly.

Your choices

You can review and update your own profile and preferences inside Bridge. To access, correct, or request deletion of other information, or to close your account, contact us at tl@tyelus.com. Requests concerning an organization’s records are handled with that organization’s authorized contact.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active users inside Bridge.
