Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Bridge (bridge.tyelus.vip), the operating platform of Tyelus Consulting (“Tyelus”, “we”). By signing in you agree to them. If you are using Bridge on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Bridge supports the work described in the agreement between Tyelus and your organization. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement governs the engagement and these terms govern the use of the platform.
Access
Bridge is available by invitation only. You sign in with a Google account matching the email address you were invited with. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly at tl@tyelus.com if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when an engagement ends or a person leaves an organization.
Acceptable use
Use Bridge only for its intended purpose: working with Tyelus on your organization’s engagements. You agree not to attempt to access records you have not been granted, probe or circumvent security controls, interfere with the platform’s operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use automated means to extract data beyond ordinary use. What you see in Bridge about other people and organizations is confidential and may be used only for the engagement it belongs to.
Your content
You and your organization retain ownership of the information you put into Bridge. You grant Tyelus the right to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the platform and deliver the engagement. Ownership of deliverables, work product, and intellectual property arising from an engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
Records that document an engagement — approvals, signatures, invoices, quality records — form part of the business record and may be retained after your access ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Electronic approvals and signatures
Where Bridge asks you to approve, acknowledge, or sign something, your action inside the platform — recorded with your identity, the time, and the document version — is intended to have the same effect as a written signature to the extent permitted by law.
Our platform
Bridge, its design, and its software are owned by Tyelus. We may change, improve, or retire features, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect how you work. Bridge is provided as part of our services and, as a platform, is offered as is: we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, though we work to keep it so. Our obligations for the consulting work itself are set out in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tyelus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, and our total liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amount your organization paid Tyelus under the relevant engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or alters what the engagement agreement provides.
Termination
You may stop using Bridge at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms or when an engagement concludes. Sections concerning your content, confidentiality, and liability survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the engagement agreement between Tyelus and your organization specifies otherwise, in which case that choice applies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: tl@tyelus.com.
